Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had many extras, but despite requesting, my room was never made up daily. The location was super excellent with everything at your doorstep, but there were issues related to the size of the room, as clearly stated in advance.
The hotel had super luxurious rooms, but unfortunately mine was directly underneath the very noisy rooftop bar, impacting my sleep. The service was excellent overall, with staff looking after us well and even a nice personal touch from Mark Fuller. The location was perfect, walking distance to most attractions. The dining experience, however, was average overall. The facilities were modern and well-kept.
The hotel rooms are top-notch, with the ability to change rooms until midnight, making it a standout choice. The service is impeccable, with friendly and professional staff offering a rock and roll experience at the rooftop bar. The location is perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Soho or shopping on Regent Street. However, the dining options are limited, and checking out might be a hassle. An excellent value for the prime location.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a real rock star feel with a well-designed layout, a unique black bathroom with rocket ship taps, a full-size bar, and a very comfortable bed. However, the service was a letdown with unprofessional staff and poor communication. The location was surprisingly convenient with plenty to do within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The dining experience was a bit polarized, offering both amazing and delayed options for breakfast.
The hotel offers spacious and well-decorated rooms, albeit located directly underneath a noisy rooftop bar affecting sleep quality. The service was a mix of helpful and pleasant interactions with some staff members, while others lacked clear communication and had poor attitudes. The location was superb for access to various London areas, although not luxurious. The dining experience left much to be desired with room for improvement in the quality and variety of offerings.
The hotel was in a fantastic location just off Regent Street, ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and theaters. My room had a convenient layout with a nice shower and was amazingly nice and clean. However, due to a booking error on their website, the room was extremely small and cold.
The hotel room was a lot smaller than expected and very expensive, but it had all the required amenities. Despite being dark and small, the white walls were okay. Unfortunately, it was nothing like portrayed online, even though it cost over £200.
